Creative Brand provides custom embroidery, laser engraving, and marketing materials services. All products are made to order based on customer specifications.

We reserve the right to refuse service for designs that are offensive, infringe on copyrights, or violate any laws.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or designs provided to us. This includes copyright, trademark, and licensing rights.

We may provide design assistance, but final approval is your responsibility. Once you approve a design, we are not responsible for errors in the approved artwork.

There may be a one-time digitizing or setup fee for new designs, which covers the cost of preparing your artwork for production.

Because all products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects or errors on our part
• Incorrect items shipped
• Damaged items received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

If there is an error on our part, we will work with you to correct it at no additional cost. Customer satisfaction is our priority.

Any original artwork created by Creative Brand remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, you have the right to use the finished products as intended.

We may photograph and display completed work for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
